I was thinking about a CAI for my 97 GTP. I know I have to get the 99 coolant bottle, but I was curious as to what guys are doing with the computer. The thing is just shoved in the airbox. Mounting it in the engine bay? Extending the harness and putting it inside?

Set it there. You can zip tie it...or get a PCM tray from a S10/Sonoma. Get exhaust work before bringing more air into the engine though.

Thanks. You wouldn't happen to know what model year PCM trays would work?

I'm working on the same thing now, I know they put it there so the air would keep it cooler, since it doesn't anymore does it cause any problems?
