Not that I'm cheap, but lappy does everything I need it to at a good speed as long as the power situation is a happy one.

I understand. My issue is a bit more serious. I think my thermal paste is wearing out (I upgraded the processor) and its roasting everything. I think my issues are a bit more serious sadly.

I want an ultrabook for the portability.

I'm thinking about sticking a Raspberry PI in the car...but the input cables are already being used by the Ipod, unless I switch to SD card usage but then I lose playlist functions and voice control. LAME
