Guaranteed, 100% of those injuries are from rounding their backs while they try to impress their fellow gymgoers/friends/youtube with some insanely high weight (pro tip: if your back it rounding, it's because you forgot to pay attention to what you're doing and should lower the weight until you are less distracted.).
