Exactly, women always seem to weigh more than they look. Don't let the scale be discouraging.
I wish I was a women Id have one killer body. This building muscle thing is bogus ;)
I get discouraged when I don't see the scale moving. I see more results when my clothing fits looser or I get compliments.

My knees are all swollen and I haven't squatted in like 3 days. Am I pregnant or... what's up? Hoping some good sleep fixes this. Weird.

Balls... that sounds like it. Ffff, great. I'm falling apart. Nothing but bodybuilder BS for me now. Guess I've got time to work on abs now, haha.
I know rehabands are well-loved, but I'm not sure I could justify dropping that kind of cash just to see if they're that much better than my TK's.

I seem to have infiltrated easily enough, no challenge yet from the Bros. I may have been confused for a Tourist. Tomorrow, I will challenge one of their sleeveless serfs for his backwards cap and acceptance. Unsure if my information on goatees is current or not - source unreliable. Regardless, I believe that it may be possible to smartly maneuver their ranks to become Chieftain... or frat president or whatever.

Started running again today.. God I feel out of shape. 1.5 miles in 15:17..
Im down to about 170 which is good cuz this time last year I was about 210. All I did was moderate the amount of food shoved in my face.

Oh snap, testament to calories in/out.
Gave the sciatic nerve a week off.....felt much better today....hoping by the end of summer that I'm at least around 185 bw/12%BF, and total atleast 1100 lbs in 3 main lifts....
End of high school, I was close to 280 pounds. Didn't take measurements, but I knew i was fat as f**k.
3 years later in college, I was down to 250, not significant weight loss, but it was something.
New year's this year, I was down to 235, obviously I'm not losing much weight....
3 weeks ago I was still 235
today, I'm 220. either I have aids, or working out is paying off. :)
