Lol. So far, my plan is pretty much meat + water + squats + deadlifts + pullups + tough guy metal + sleep. More than ever before.

I was using GNC Mega Mens Energy and Oxyelite Thermogenic. Now i'm just using Mega Men's Sport VitaPak. I think it's got less caffine.
I keep tossing around the idea of using a thermogenic. Maybe in a couple months when I'm stronger.
Met my goal of losing 20 lbs in the month of May, today. Hmm next months goal?

Actually I was starting to develop health problems so I had to do something, it came off so fast due two 2hrs in the gym 5 days a week I stopped smoking pot and eating large meat lovers pizzas to myself while i would play call of duty and counter strike in my moms basement

You should slow the cut bro. Shoot for 2 lbs a week. Otherwise you are compromising you muscle mass. I think I've already said this to you before. So I'm probably just wasting my breath, o well
Edit: actually at your age I would be riding out the end of the pubescent testosterone wave in the weight room. You're at a point in you're life where your growth will never be legally surpassed. Seriously you're basically on a ton of steroids, natural ones. I'd eat slighty above maintenance and lift as hard as you can. Unless you're upwards of 25% body fat. I know alls you wanna do at that age is shred a six pack and get your dinky stinky but in a year or two you could cut down and get like mega *****es. Seriously.
