i always feel like **** when i workout. isnt that the point?
You should feel better.
better, yeah. tired and beat up, yeah.
You feel like that for the first week or so and as long as you keep at it you will eventually feel better.
i have been going to the gym 3-4 days a week for over a month now. it's getting easier, but i work to the point where i cant anymore (lifting). when i run i normally do the full half hour and vary my speed a little so i can rest in the middle for a few minutes.
Gotta work on pullups tonight. It would be easier if I lost weight instead of gaining 2lbs. Conservation of mass: Busted. lawl.
I run for 30 minutes at around 6mph. That give me just over 3 miles and according to the machine i burn 390 calories.
i like to run around 5.5 instead, it suits my stride and current level of stamina better. i usually end up doing around 3 miles though once the cooldown is done with.
im too fat to run. LOL.
Weighed in this morning at 297. So another 3 pounds gone so far. Saturday is the official weigh in. Hoping I can shed another pound or two by then.
Officially down just under 9 pounds since January 19th as of tonight. Whoo!
Been on the most strict diet of my life just to bust these last few pounds. Currently sitting at 215lb.
Eatkng around 1800 cals per day with 200 grams of protein
wanna here something sad? i work at a gym for almost 6 months now and havent touched a piece of equipment. thank you good family genes.
My family genes suck. Everyone on both sides of my parents family are "stocky" to put it nicely.
All I've been doing is monitoring my carb intake. Lost a solid 8lbs already, only been a month, but I'm not complaining.
im currently down under 235. been working out like a beast 4-5 days a week at least.
so that's around 17 pounds lost so far.
240lbs :) Id like to start cutting soonish, but gotta plan that diet out or Im gonna be in trouble.
Dropped four pounds. Jesus, it's about time. Been working my ass off.
Did 3.58 miles on my rollerblades this morning in the rain. I'm down 36.2 lbs now. I started taking a thermogenic and it's really helping. Oxyelite Pro.
i havent really been pushing food wise as hard as i could, but i usually end up hitting it pretty hard at the gym. overall i am starting to do less cardio and more weight training. if all goes well sometime this week i should be able to breach the <230 lbs area.
Wanted to log my return to the gym on Friday. 860ish calories in the hour plus 5 min cooldown. Didn't push too hard because it's been a while since I hopped on the machine of death. Kept the resistance at 4 and a reasonable pace.
