Well, good work so far scotty!! As far as that pound goes...That could be from anything....Drinking water an hour before you weigh yourself or not going to the bathroom and so on...I think you already mentioned this or at least someone did....I think when you first start a good diet you will loose a lot of weight real quick (because that is the weight that is not suppose to be there and probably hasent been there for to to long) After that weight is lost I think it will be a little harder (for everyone) to lose additional weight because it is more ''built in'' ...Sorry I couldnt give a more scientific definition of it but it seems like people go through this a lot when dieting...especially at first (me included) So dont stop and get frustrated....but instaed keep going!!!![]()
