Made a junkyard trip and did a bit of cruising with another member the other day. Speed Demon, it was nice to see your car up and running. It was also pretty fun tuning it.
The junkyard run was very slim pickings but there was a pretty sweet metal flake purple 04+ waiting to go in.

That tune is like night and day as i said before....that dhp tune makes the car way more snappy and has the trans shifts pretty quick compared to the zzp tune,it feels like the car is awoke now.
Considering i have more parts i need to get before i can start completely modding....i am ok with being in the rear view mirror. ....lol!
I liked abusing the supercharger for the snout....lol,that was extremely fun.kinda makes up for having nothing there we really needed and for having so many puddles all over the place.i say next time we go to see if the 04 is out yet we get the white hood with the stripes so i can put it on the prix just the way it is...lol!.
Can't wait for the next trip of parts tuning and angry McDonald's customers..!

Well, my alternator went out today. I replaced both the alternator and battery today so its all good now. I also replaced my wideband sensor with a fresh one and did some highway tuning. Turns out it was running super rich up top.
Where do you wanna tackle this belt/pulley swap tomorrow?
you have the SC oil right? We can get it done where ever but i would prefer for the car to be cool to the touch
I have the oil and the belt.....im with you on that.dont wanna get burned trying to change a snout
Ive got a syringe that was included in the oil change kit for sc oil that ill be bringing

Well there's going to be progress made pretty soon. My turbo snuggie should be here just in time to race on Saturday. I have to heat wrap the crossover, change my t-stat to a drilled160. I was running into odd issues in PE as well. I was at -10.93 in PE. Lowering the MAF values above 7000 hertz and blending it with the rest of the data appears to have fixed it. I've also got an MSD boost a pump on the way. Now I just need some 80# injectors
I just picked up a set of 80# Injectors. I also installed the turbo snuggie. Now I just need to tune the car the rest of the way for the injectors

On a totally unrelated note, my msd fp voltage booster came in today.
Gonna have to make a yard run soon....need the interior rear light lenses!

on an unrelated note, i may have an extra set of light lenses in my old gtp. i used to grab small stuff like that when i first got the car.
