    Right..Schramm.

Good deal, I've put 100K on the rears I got out of a yard with supposedly 8K on them. Came with the full knuckles
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

i'd have paid another $60ish bucks for new rears when the used ones will do just fine.

and since they're an OEM part they're legit brembos, unlike the fronts with are a delco part.

here's the new shifter installed. not much to look at since most of it is under the car or under the boot, so yeah.

shifting is much firmer and i feel more confident changing gears. this unit is much beefier than the hurst i had. it could be that i have the knob height set a little higher for more leverage and that the stainless ball i have on it is super heavy, but i'm digging the final results. when first installed i had the center section threaded down too far and the linkage was hitting the driveshaft so i had to shorten the throw. right now the throw is probably about the same as what the hurst was, but i have the knob height slightly higher.

Is that why you put one of Dave Diddler's balls on the end of your shift rod?
