I'd buy the widest wheel you can.

    And the cheapest tires.

And then just rip the fender apart.

    Sold WBody's: '03 Blue GTP/'98 Green GTP/'98 Silver GT/'05 GXP
    '99 Chevrolet Silverado Classic Z71 4x4 - K&N Intake/Gibson Exhaust #TRUCKTHINGS
    '12 Buick Regal Turbo - ZZP CAI/20% Tint/HID's
    '89 Ford Mustang LX Notchback - LM7 5.3, 4L80, 9", HX40
    '04 Chevrolet Corvette MRM A4/LS1 - TSP LT's, 3"O/R X, AFE S2 CAI

the offset isn't gonna matter a ton, but i'd think i'd go ahead and go for the 18x9.5 +22mm set.

then you have to figure out what kinda dumb tire you want to run on it. 225/45?

I think those would fit on the rear perfectly. But I think they would poke out too far in the front. You only had spacers on the rear right?

I'd like to run a wider tire but that's probably not going to happen without sacrificing low.

Yeah, it was 18x10 +25 all around and then 10mm spacers to make it 18x10 +15 in the rear. I think the half inch less width and extra offset would make it about identical. But i guess it would be nice to have a little extra room to add or subtract spacers as you'd like

    18x9.5 +12 will poke 6.6mm more than 18x10 +25

    18x9.5 +22 will poke 3.4mm less than 18x10 +25

hmm, the +22 ones seem like a good bet then. Can you check the difference on the inside clearance? Mine almost hit the trailing arms so hopefully that doesn't bring them inside any further

PS - i enjoy that you actually cracked open a calculator and figured out numbers. it's not all that hard when you understand what the specs are and have another set to compare to.
