Thanks. The massive number of pics I post are to help me along the way as well.

Agreed. It's my old man's trailer. I don't like it at all. The permanent "stake" sides suck. Free though so what can I say?

these are 14.5-15.5 sec cars stock correct?
what mods help these cars the most? i mostly see ppl swapping the upper intake manifold first?
how are the rearend on these cars and how much abuse can they handle before doing one wheel peel?
i think this thread would benefit well if basic facts about the cars weight, specs, available aftermarket support and future track times were established, just my 2 cents ofcourse
def interested in this build and will follow it for sure
anyone can buy a 50k sports car..ppl who build from the bottom up are the ones to admire, good job!
Thanks. Appreciate the interest. I try to make it interesting for my Grand Prix peers.

-Low to mid 14's stock (w/good driver).

-Heads and cam help a lot. The E7 heads are crap. Block is only good for roughly 450-500rwhp. Turbo is definitely the way to go IMO.

-The Ford 8.8 is really strong. Lots of cars in the 8's on them. Usually people will weld the axle tubes. They come w/28 spline axles so most people that make a decent amount of power will upgrade to 31 spline axles and respective posi/locker/spool unit.

If I get a bit of free time I will compile a small facts list on these. Must be something to them. Chevy guys love them as much as the Ford guys.
