And don't be silly about putting wheels on a rocking horse...It wouldn't rock any more, it would roll!
Would you then call it a rolly horse?!!!
I'd still call it a rocking horse, because rolly horse doesn't sound as cool.

Car looks good. You get an alignment?
I've needed new headlights for a while, but I've still got mechanical issues to fix.

And no. I got it close enough, but the soonest I can get it in for an accurate alignment is November. Or pay $150 more for a different shop to do it.

I was a little worried about the front being high compared to the rear, but it seems like they're already starting to settle.

Because lower is better. by Ben Stryker, on Flickr

I haven't measured the gap, but from any distance it looks like it's the same all around. I'm still not 100% sure that these are the SSC's that are listed for the 97-03 GPs... I was about to toss the box they came in when I noticed a part number: 21-2721. That's the P/N for a set of springs for the 94-96 Impala, 2" drop in the front, 3" drop in the rear.

I feel like the car would be much lower than it is now if that were the case, because there was 4" between the tire and fender before I swapped the struts out. But I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
