Ha ha ha... Consider this: I weigh 326 in full gear, and I ran, at a 9 minute pace, for 3 miles through the desert today in that gear without stopping.

When you get to that level, then we can compare status.

I don't get to play with the pups here...

But the full vest, plates, helmet, weapon, ammo and a rucksack with everything I would need to survive for two weeks...

Ain't nobody on a boat that's willing to do that. (the Seals don't count, they don't stay on boats)

Thanks, but that's all just part of my job. There's thousands more that do what I did yesterday almost every day, not just during the few training exercises I get in a year. They're the ones that really deserve the praise.

The rest of the time I'm working it's satcom, which really isn't that glorious or impressive.

Satcom, I,m not even sure what that means..lol. Sattelite communications ?? Don't know the first thing about that, either. I see you rap about electronics and computers and junk, all of that is impressive to me. Every job in the service to our country is mission critical in some way. We don't have guys (and gals) like you on hand to just model for the next gen of little green plastic army men. Satcom will save lives, defeat our enemies, reduce mass destruction, and secure our Countrys' freedom, among many other things...That qualifies as glorious...So take the compliment, War, and carry on !

The wife's car came up with a "Service AWD" light yesterday, so she's gonna drive the sloot until I get back and we can take it in to the dealership. Yay for warranty!

She did some searching and found the same issue on the Chrysler 200 forum, it's a simple easy fix if it's taken care of immediately, but if it's left alone it can cause major problems later on... I'll explain in her ride thread.

Heater is squeaking, but the wife is more appreciative of the sloot, since it saw -50°F and didn't notice at all... Lol

I'm ready to get working on it again, summer can't come fast enough.

    ^^^^^^^^^^^ yup. lol

I'm gonna go pick up some L67 heads from the JY next weekend if the weather stays above zero until then, and a new Dremel so I can get started on cleaning them up... at least a little bit. I've got to wait until the snow melts before I can even start wrenching on it, and there's an actual list this time. It's longer than it should be, but I've got the time (finally) to actually do it.

First things first, though... that fan is annoying the **** out of me. lol

Hope you can afford 5 dremels and 200 hours of spare time. Dremels are for polishing pennies not working on cars.

I'm only gonna clean them up, porting isn't on the list.

And I need a dremel anyways.

So true. I loaned out my angle grinder so had to use my dremel to cut a hole in my Bronco fender. It was the post time consuming task I've ever done. LOL
