what i would do is put everything back on. then with the car off, key off. pull every last fuse to see if one is hot, thats not supposed to be. your gonna find a few that are hot full time. its normal. like the radios back up power to keep memory.


also if you leave a phone charger, radar detector, xm unit, and so on plugged in over night it can wear on the battery too. if its one of the chargers with the red light that shows its got power, plugged in to the phone or other device or not, its a draw on the battery.
