    question...

Does anyone know why I'm getting flashing zeros?

I've been searching and searching but couldn't find any viable solution.
I suspect that the data is not being supplied (or not correctly supplied), but at where is it not getting enough information?

I checked tan wire from DLC-9 and dark green from back of speedometer, they all check and are connected from their sources to the soldering point of the pins.

Even tried connecting scanner to the OBDII port and no codes, it does connect.

It's 98 GP GT, and the digital dic I bought off the ebay is supposed to be from 1999 GP as well.
(Does HUD have to be present by any chance??)

Any, I mean ANY, ideas please!!
