well, if they set up is the same as 97-03 like most everything else is, then it's simple as pie. two bolts hold on the pump, clamp on the return hose, and take a wrench to the pressure line and viola.
make sure to put a new o-ring on the pressure line.

Just so I understand this correctly, my ps pump whines..so I put in a new ps pump the whine goes away or do I need to adjust/remove something else too?
