I figured that with the blocked orifice, but with the variable displacement compressor, I was not sure if the blockage would lower the pressure, I do feel just a little coolness, but not much more than the outside temperature. I do alot of Ford systems with the single displacement compressors, and as I said earlier I just did my Ford truck with no issues, put everything in, charged it, ice cold. This is the first time I am working with a variable displacement compressor, and am trying to learn and diagnose why the compressor is running and not getting cold. I am still trying to find if the compressor manifold has anything to do with it.
