HVAC requires constant recharging with R134. A leak pressure test doesn't have any obvious signs on a leak on the HVAC lines in the engine bay, and here in Dubai its next to impossible to find R134 with dye.

The one error code my digital CC gives is a stuck drivers side blend door (code 05 if memory serves).

Can a stuck blend door actuator cause a loss of R134A over time?

In a way I'm hoping so because otherwise I'm going to have to remove the support beam and get to the evaporator.

    Thanks for reading.

all the blend door does is move a flap to allow hot or cold air into the car.

if you are recharging a lot, check all the lines for a dirty greasy mess at the connections, if its leaking a lot you should see some evidence of it.

dirt will stick to the leak area, its oil left behind at the leak site, so dirty oily mess to look for.
