    1) Agreed. It is set there for a reason.

    2) Also agreed, if you don't plan on doing anything other than regular maintenance then autozone lifetime warranty plug wires and some autolite 606 spark plugs will suffice and the car will run great. Gap the plugs at .050 or .055

    3) If you remove the supercharger belt and start the car (yes it'll be FINE) and the sound goes away then it is most likely the coupler. You can get one from ZZPerformance...you want the green one. Also...when you remove the snout be sure to suck all the oil fluid out before hand...its pretty nasty stuff. You can use a turkey baster or an old windex bottle and just stick the top portion in the supercharger fill hole (which is just an allen head plug) and spray it out into the bottle...then when you remove the snout you want to reseal it to the rotor pack ANAEROBIC SEALER ONLY...then fill it up with 2 bottle of GM S/C oil...done.

    bluegtp,
1- my cars upper rad hose is solid sometimes, thats why he thought it could be a head gasket.

2- i have a few mods, 3 inch catback, (supposedly) ported polished heads, intakes, and charger. 3.4 pulley, ac delete, air intake, and i plan on doing some more, what plugs/wires should i go with.

    3- THANKS!

^^Really? Rev car in neutral. Slam into drive while the engine is still revved. Like a dumping the clutch...but gayer.

To the OP: Click the link in my signature.

You need flow mods for that pulley.

You upper rad hose should be hard when its under pressure. You def need more flow mods for that pulley.

you don't have to change the catback just throw some headers on it and for plugs run autolites 104's

well if the heads were done properly you wouldn't.

You should check the boost level you see at the top of second gear.
