it's a factory installed remote start.the owners maual says it puts on the a/c or heat according to outside temps but doesn't mention what those temp are.i would think that at forty degrees outside it should switch to heat but it still blew cold.i was also thinking how the hell it knows what temp it is without a thermometer in the car like some cars.seems like a waste of time to have something wired into the computer reading temps and deciding what to do but not informing the driver of outside temps.
