    You thread the hole on the bottom side of the case and install a grease fitting then press them out with grease.

    New ones can be pressed in.

    i still dont really understand, because i got metal shavings inside them. Unless i can get a q tip and just clean them out really good

    So they come out with the pressure of a regular grease gun? Or does it have be an air gun? The trick to put bearings in is put them in the freezer overnight and they generally slide right in.
