You thread the hole on the bottom side of the case and install a grease fitting then press them out with grease.
New ones can be pressed in.

i still dont really understand, because i got metal shavings inside them. Unless i can get a q tip and just clean them out really good

So they come out with the pressure of a regular grease gun? Or does it have be an air gun? The trick to put bearings in is put them in the freezer overnight and they generally slide right in.Originally Posted by matt5112
