no, you have to use a 97-03 transmission with it.

an l32 will do you well, it just costs more than an l67 if youre just looking for a cheap setup that will run.

I'm not sure whether or not he recommends the L32 setup or the L67 setup?

If I get an 02 tranny what do I have to change to make it work in the 98?

I'm having second thoughts on getting the L32, espeacially when I can get a L67 for more than half the cost.

At the local JY they have a 98 L67 from a Buick Park with 37k miles for $800 without the Supercharger cause some bought it seperately which is okay cause I have that already. will see if they take less, and they have a tranny for $670 from a 02 GTP with 40k.
