Nahh I won't set it on fire, it'll just go off like a bomb.
you'll want bills drop box too. its got all you'll ever need for bins and programs.
im in the early stage of jerrys tuner note book. got the prepped bin made and installed got the maf off and fuel trims almost re leaned, sat ill scan the whole trip to my brothers, tune re flash there and scan the whole trip back.
yeah lots of fun lol jerrys is in bills drop box too.
oh it gets better. you need to get it to register to the laptop first.
let me know when your ready to punch the laptop lol
i just set it up on my desktop pc win 7 it took the very first time once again. ive set it up on 4 pc's so far. its cake now lol
bills got install directions and all the dhp programs. then you need to register the f ing cable. the worst part if its your first time out.

I just read the PCM into HPT. I have a lot of reading to do....
Clay.. the hardest part of registering is going comm port by comm port and trying it. YOu need it hooked up to a pcm that is on (if you have offboard, I have a spare if you don't). That's the hardship. Scott blows it out of proportion...cause his computer sucks worse than a 110 year old hooker.
hey now. i dont blow anyone lol
its a learning curve on the set up. if you are pc illiterate like me, its not so easy the fist time
if your came with a keyspan adapter its easy to match up the comm port and the speed. keyspan adapter driver has a cool assistant.
Scott...I've never looked at speeds. Not once.
if the speeds dont match it wont register. i had to get that crap set up then it registered asap. in both the dhp, and the keyspan driver.
mine wont work on the higher speed at all on any of my pc's either.
Cheapest RatShack adapter possible FTW
mine came with the keyspan. so theres that. i got no idea how the other adapters work.
screen shot of the keyspan assistant, and the dhp comm port window.
