Yeah I keep it under 75 mph lol. I've been tempted to go faster in some situations but I really didn't want to push it. Can't wait for the new ones. Still don't know exactly what to get. It has to be all seasons and under $120 each. Preferably at discount tire, we deal with them on all of our cars and we like their service/warranty.

Umm, I need them? Or do you just like replacing boots? I don't have the special clamp crimping tool, but it looks like I can get away with the basic tools I do have.

I would consider getting one or renting one. I've tried using regular tools and could never get the clamp tight enough.

Back when Batman was on TV Robin would say "Holy (whatever the subject was) Batman. Whatever the situation called for. If the joker had 10,000 buckets of boiling water he'd say "Holy buckets Batman"

I'm getting new ones before winter hits. They're only 5 years old and already dry rotted. I blame the previous owner, he must have used some crazy strong wheel cleaner all the time.

jack the front wheels off the ground, car off turn the steering wheel lock to lock 10 times or so, then fire it up, do it again, this should purge the air out of the lines.

Before/after. Just cleaned with dish soap.

Dish soap worked well, but not good enough, so I bought some wheel cleaner. I've been using car soap so far on the rims whenever I'd wash my car. I only used that much after applying it multiple times to both front wheels.

    Much better.

You can really see the difference. If I was able to take a picture in direct sunlight you'd really see it.

I also waxed them inside and out before putting them back on.

Wow those look great! I need to do that to mine.

    Thanks!

Today I vacuumed the interior carpet/dash, washed the windows inside, used armor-all, and rain-x. Also cleaned the floor mats since they were getting dirty, mostly from the previous owner. I just put all 4 on the driveway, hosed them down and put some soap on them, grabbed a brush and cleaned them and rinsed with the hose. They look a lot better, there's still one area on the drivers mat that's showing some discoloring from before, but they're clean to me. I guess I'll go get some pics since that really describes it better

They're still a little damp somehow, they've been sitting in the sun from 1:00 til now.

This picture doesn't really make the mats look clean for some reason, probably not enough light.

Here's one with the flash. Just one area is still a bit dirty.
