Same for the car in front of me and the one behind me.

It's like a trap for money.
I don't understand why they couldn't paint the curb yellow or put a sign.
Like I'm supposed to look for fire hydrant.

Is that a parking sign beside your car? If it is, what does it say?

I'm just saying they could get ppl not to park there if there was a sign or yellow line like in different places.

They know everybody fall for this everyday because its by the parking machine.

I fixed 3 things my car.
    My car loves me now.

Fixed Heater that didn't turn on(just hit the ignition switch)

Key fob that was 10ft (I added antenna to the receiver so now it gets 200ft)

And the rear view camera on my 2400bt (fixed it to work automatically when reversing)

    So far I'm happy.

I need plugs/wires and rear brakes/rotors and the car is perfect.

Can't say I blame them if I knew someone will always fall for it and it'll be a easy source of income..why not. Look at is from their perspective.

Same thing goes when you jump into a car you take responsibility to obey the laws of the road. They didn't just issue you a license without making the information available to you. While you may or may not of slept on the part that's all you nothing they're responsible for.

At least at the end of the day it's just $45. I'm sure they could of had a reason to tow the car or something and really made the situation worse for you so look on the bright side

On another note he probably thought racecar because of the stripes and thought you had the $$$ since your're probably sponsored or something...j/k

IF you negotiate a lil bit you might just pay half that. Got a 60$ fine 3-4 years ago for parking in a spot for more than 15 mins and the sign was for that day. So gay it was for that exact day and TIME that we parked there but we called and told them it was for my school and they said just pay 20$ for the fine and nothing else. Payed 20 and never had that fine in our record or anything.

I had same thing in Los Angles I was late 1 min and he already put the ticket be4 I guess.

Anyway. So U say I need to go to court? Or just call them.
Tell them that it would be better if the put a sign not to park and or mark 15ft on the curb with yellow.
Cz there's nothing. And I parked by the parking sign.

Its was years ago so i dont remember what we did but i think my bro or my mom called up the ticket enforcer place thing and told them what happened and they lowered it. You could go to court but id go only if it said on the ticket/citation if you have to go. If not then dont waste your time and just call em or go to the office or something. i forgot where to go for em but i think it says on the citation.

And ya tell em that you parked at the parking sign and there was no sign anywhere telling you that you could not park by the fire hydrant nor was there any red line there either. If they tell you your suppose to knows not to park there tell them to suck it. lol no not really but tell em that its also your job as the city to enforce those law/rules by putting a sign or labeling the spot no parking for XX distance. But once they see that its a little fine for like what 45$ just tell them if i have to pay the fine let me pay half like 20-25$. They should be cool with that, and tell them you guys can use the money so your poor bastards can paint a red line. LOL Good luck with it bro

If you can't see a fire hydrant (which you are supposed to look for), does that mean you'd drive over a small child if he wasn't painted yellow or holding up a sign? Sorry.. I can't feel bad for you....the damn thing is clearly in the view from the drivers seat. Aaaaand national no blinker day is kinda getting on my nerves.

My car.. lol it er uh..raced a Saab and pissed him off. Then it raced a Camry and irked that driver... and this morning it did a nice smooth flight down the highway to work.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

That won't work. A city is not going to put no parking signs up at every hydrant. It would be a logistical nightmare. Besides, "Ignorance of the law is no excuse."

Our fire hydrants here are Red and Silver tops, there are no "no parking" signs some down town have red lines on the curb, but all are RED. Makes them easy to see.
