So turns out compressed air + forgetting to take the bulb out of the headlight while trying to get moisture out was a bad idea. lol thats why i keep spare parts around.

So turns out compressed air + forgetting to take the bulb out of the headlight while trying to get moisture out was a bad idea. lol thats why i keep spare parts around.
Started trying to take my tips out and after about 3 hours of hammering and turning, finally gave in and will have to pay a garage to do it. As you can see in the photos, I didn't have must rust and actually the tips would move back and forth with ease but only managed to get them to move out a 1/4 inch. Yea the corner lenses are. They are actually leaking from the back corner. I tried to take them apart and reseal with the same leak spot. So i'm searching for some clear or oe ones to lightly smoke them.Quote:

there should be big black rubber bumpers that are a screw. you can adjust it up and down with that.
