That aux install is awesome. That's the first thing I did to my GXP the same day I brought it home...

take a screw driver that just fits into the hole, flat head, turn it, you will feel it get tight, keep turning while pulling on that corner of the bag, it will pop out, now hold it out, now hit the clip under or over it, once one side is free it wont lock back in unless you push it back in, then work the other side. slowly lift it off theres a wire to the air bag, that wire pulls straight up and out of the air bag.
the steering wheel, i took the bolt off 1/2 way, then used a small 2 gear puller to pop it off the column. clock spring is held in with a ring clip, get that off and get the wires disconnected from under the dash, and the clock spring is yours.
this is safe enough to learn how to do on your car, that way its real easy when you hit the yard to do it. if the wheel is turned so you cant use a regular screw driver, aka no room, you can use one of them off set screw drivers they look like a L on both sides, or use a long screw gun bit and a 8 mm or 5/16 wrench or socket iirc fits the screw bit.
I'm in the middle of my Transgo shift kit install. Everything's going great so far. I installed the springs that the directions asked, and I have one red and a yellow leftover. That's normal right? If so what are they for?
