Thread: What did you do to your Car today?

Brought this home today for $300

I started a thing at my work

I got carpet samples in the mail today.
A friend of mine who i helped fix his car is paying for the carpet.

Went mudding in it

Trying to figure out if I want to tackle installing my turn signal mirrors myself. The install of them doesn't bother me....its the electrical part of it that I'm afraid I will screw up. The directions and everything are really clear, so I should be ok....I've just never done electrical before.

Filled it with gas, turned 140K miles, and put about 200 miles on it today.

Ordered a trans cooler... temps were north of 210 Fahrenheit last week when temps were in the 80's. Next a trans go shift kit...

I'll be doing the same but in the opposite order. The shift kit goes in tomorrow.

Did what GM should have,added an auxillary port

Is non working high beams can be related to ignition switch?
Or some fuse?

Since someone broke in my car and messed with the cylinder I don't have high beams.
Only regular low.
So it means when I turn high beams on there's no light at all.
