Anyone know of another hole in the firewall except the one where the throttle wire runs?

Do 04+ have the grommet in the passanger footwell? Like 97-03 do?

If that's a wood holesaw there wont be any teeth left when you are done.
I'm okay with that. The metal is thin

A lot of cars are factory wired for fogs, even if the car isn't optioned for them. My Stealth did not have factory fogs, but not only had the factory wiring in the lower bumper but had the factory wiring for the switch in the dash.
I literally plugged in fogs, removed the dummy switch and plugged in a factory switch and had working fogs.
they do sell 1/4 and 1/2 inch holes, or just use a normal drill bit to make the hole.
that thing is huge and could cause air to flow in the car. hot and cold air loss.
I already got the hot/cold air problem taken care of. I have a rubber grommet that is the size of the 2 inch hole and it fills the hole in so I just push the wired through the grommet

nice, extra room for more stuff later on.
That was honestly my thinking when I decided to make a hole this size

If it's a Bi-Metal holesaw, it should be okay. I've drilled dozens of holes through sheet metal with a 2-3/8" saw. The mistake most people make is spinning them WAY to fast. You should be almost able to make out the lettering on the saw as it spins. Takes longer, but you end up with a cleaner hole and an un-burnt holesaw.
About damn time
Went to a car show after work and saw a sport red metallic 04 grand prix with the inferno package.Base model with stock rims

Did nothing to my car but I used the awesome Porter cable to bring my wifes car back to life. Paint was super dull. Here's a few pics
Here's before. Typical ashy cloudy paint
Here's the first two passes on the he left side to show a comparison
Oh and then I hit the headlights with some plastix I think it's called. Original the right and the left is the freshly buffed one.
I though I took more pics lol. Anyways it's super shiny now and the wife calls it her ladybug now lol
