It would "make sense" to replace the injectors when they are unable to keep up with fuel delivery, the setup you listed will be just fine with stock injectors.
I've ran stock injectors just fine with a mild (XP) cam & I/C with a big pulley.
It would also "make sense" to replace them if they've failed electrically, that which you would not know without injector testing.
Send them out somewhere reputable.
