    Well, the investigation started. All the 10A fuses are hot. The only switched one I could find was the cruise/sw. No problem. Tapped into it and got excited. Started to strip the radio and interior (in the ice cold garage) only to find that the antenna on a GM car is not the same as a standard motorola adapter. Off to Best Buy to get the adapters in the AM.

    Your picture above shows 2amp for the cruise circuit. That seems low, but if it is correct, I would stay away from it.

    The radio circuit is a safe choice.
