I have a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. My Heads Up Display has been working fine but today I noticed the compass direction and outside temp is not being displayed. Everything else seems to be displayed except those two things. Any ideas?

I think you probably pressed the button in the middle of the HUD dimmer. Look next to your gear shifter where the round knob is, press the button in the middle of it twice.. you should get your info back, there are different "modes".

One mode is for the outside temp, vehicle speed, compass, and something else I think.
Second mode is just vehicle speed and nothing else.
Third mode will only work at night, it's the same as Mode number 1, except it turns off your gauge lights too for awesome darkness night time fun driving.

The buttons above and below the center button move the display up and down the windshield, the rotating knob around the outside is the dimmer.
