I have a 2 channel amp running my subs and A 4 ch amp running my 6X9s but that amp is set to 2 channel right now and I am only using ch 1 and ch 2 of that amp. ANd the stock bose amp is running the front speakers and Rear 4 inch speaker still the Wires that went from the Bose amp to the 6X9's are just taped up

And you are running a aftermarket deck? If so, double check the ground on that also. That can pick up engine noise, push it trough the rca's to the amp and cause a loud whine. I'm just trying to hit all the basics with you right now. Sometimes it is the simpliest things that cause the most problems.

Yes I am I just got a Pioneer DEH-5000UB when I installed it is when the problems started. I will check that what about my 2 ch amp shutting off when I pull the RCA's off my 4 ch amp. And getting shocked by my Speaker wire

I have been shocked before also. If you have any moisture on your hands from sweating, you can feel a jolt. Sound through the wires is electricity. Also make sure on the amp connections, there isn't any strands of the power wire touching the speaker terminals, if they are that close. Had a guy one time couldn't get his amp to turn of and it ended up being one small strand from the power wire touching the remote terminal. As for your sub amp shutting down. You have the sub outputs on the back of the deck or on the 4ch amp?

I don't understand why the subs are cutting out unless there is something built into the deck to prevent you from accidentaly hooking your highs to them and blowing somethimg. You said you had whine in the 6X9's and subs, so I'd rule out bad speakers. If both amps are doing it, I'd rule out bad amps ar f'd up channels. 9 times out of 10 it's a ground issue. How long is your ground wire. The shorter the better. Are you running a ground distrabution block? I would recomend this for multiple amps ao your main ground can remain shor and be distributed from there.

I have another amp that I am going to try inplace of the Sub amp tonight. IDFK I am going crazy here Driving around with my car half ripped apart. I will check my Ground too I just do not know why when I hook the branched RCA Jacks from the Stock amp that everything sounds good. But when I do that I can not even get my Sub Amp to turn on I am going ot open that thing up and check it if the other amp works right.

Man I wish you lived closer. Know the whine, is it a constante tone or does the tone change with engine rpm's. Sounding like a turbo to give you an example. Be patient, we'll get it figured out.

Alright. Let me know what you find. I was asking about the whine because if the pitch gets higher as the rpm's go up, that's engine noise and is a bad ground somewhere. If a constant pitch, something else. You don't have the sub or 4ch amp kooked to anything from the factory amp do you? How did you hook your deck up? Wiring harness to factory radio wores or dod you run all new wiring and bypass the factory harness?

Well I got 90% of the Noise out last night. I guess I will answer your questions first to explain. I twas a constant lound noise now it is a slight variating pitch noice. So I guess that is Engine Noise. Also I used the Adapter harness from Crutchfield to run everything. And I jumpered the Remote wire for the Stock Bose amp so that will turn on to run the 4" in the back and the Front Door speakers. The Pink Wire on the Stock harness. What I found last night was I checked the Ground on the deck and it comes out of the deck and goes in to the crutchfield harness and adapts to the stock harness and goes on from there. But then I took a piece of speaker wire and put it to the case of the radio and to a metal bar that is behind the radio and found that the noise went down to what I hear no. So then I disconnected the Radio Ground from the harness and found where all the noise was comming from. When I disconnected the ground that same noise was there I guess that stock ground sucks so I attached the speaker wire to the ground for the Deck and ran it to that bar behide where the deck sits and most of the noise is gone now. I still have a variable whine now but only from my 6X9 the subs seem to not have noise now. So for that I think I am going to make a better ground this weekend for the Radio just use some better wire I think I guess that is a good spot to run that ground too unless you know of a better spot.

Should I grond the Radio with the ground wire and attach a wire to the case of the Deck?
Question is the Amps have the Ground screw on the Case of the Amp Should I us it too? Can that be run to the Main Ground of the Amp to help things out?
Should the Amps Main Ground be run to a Distribution Block with short cables and then run to one shock tower with thicker Cable?
What side should I run the ground too my Power wire is on the POassanger side and my RCA's run on the drivers side?
My amps are also mounted to my box should I mount them to the Floor of the trunk or the Back of the seat?
I guess that is it for now let me know what you think and I greatly appreciat the help thus far

If running a double ground on the deck helped, I would do that. I had to do that an a EQ one time because the original ground wasn't good enough.
To answer two questions at once, if you get the distribution block, run a thick cable from the body to the block and you can run a smaller cable from the block to the amps(that is the way I have mine. The block that I have has one in for the main ground and four out. You can use two for the regular grounds on the amps and us the othe to for the ground screws on the amp cases and see if that helps.
I have all my wires and rca's ran down the pass side. I have my ground on the pass side strut tower. You should be fine on either side as long as your making a good metal to metal contact.
I just have my amps mounted to the back of my box. You should be fine with that.
Hope all this helps. I want to get the noise out your car as bad as you. Sounds like your just having engine noise now, so once you put the ground block on, hopefully it will take care of that problem. Let me know man.

My Riviera was the same way. I had 2 infinity amps, Avic D3, kappa components, kappa 6x9's, and Infinity Kappa Perfect Sub, and all the alternator whine in the world, i couldnt figure it out until i realized for some reason the power wire from the factory harness had alot of interferance, so i ran a new power from the ignition wire and a new ground right to the body of the car. It worked well, no distortion.
