Thread: People who have installed HUDs (04+)

It's not hard, just a few things have to come off. I will try to upload some pics to describe it in the next few days.

Heres a pic of my dash almost to the point where it's ready to be taken off.
basically radio, climate controls, steering column, piller trims, windshield trim where the hud goes, ignition switch, bolts, Airbag bolts behind glove box, glove box,etc has to come out.
On gpona.com if you sign up you can access the service manual up on top and this will show graphics and all instructions to do pretty much anything.

When I have all my tools together I can have it removed in about an hour.




And here is my dash when I cut the hole for the hud using the new hud trim as a template. Was was able to cut the holes the trim snaps and all.
