had to modify the length of the top and bottom with a hack saw to accomodate an 9 inch k&n filter ...sounds alot better than my HAI did and performs alot better also...great intake for the price..made a custom block off plate with roof flashing and weather stripping....

the weather stripping completely sealed off the hole just like a wizaired

i had previously modified the hole into my fender for an older FWI i brought the opening closer to the front of the car so yours didnt cover the whole hole so i had to improvise....it was also hitting the bumper i had to take off about 3 inches on the pipe on the TB side and to fit that 9 inch k&N i had to take another 2 off the filter side....not too much work and def worth the end result...i also ended up cutting off the hole for the IAT when i trimmed to fit so i just relocated it farther from that damn crossover ...you may lose a lil TB response with a FWI/CAI but god damn does it pull harder...especially if you been sitting at a light...HAI Heatsoak that IAT like crazy....lol my intake temps went from ambient +50 degrees to ambient period lol big difference in timing i would say

I clicked on the Link in the Sig but No FWI whats up are you still sellnig them. They look a lot nicer than just a plastic pipe I see a lot and then I do not have to make my own block off plate
