I don't know if it took time to set in, or I just didn't notice or drive in a certain way to activate it but...

when i have the car in reverse, at about 2k rpm, I get this vibrating feel and sound from my car. when i put the DP in, the clearance from the new cat to the drivers side of that heat shield was pretty close. and I do not notice anything while the vehicle is in drive. As I stated, I definitely did not notice this right after install, and has only cropped up this being about a week later.

When the car is in reversed, does the drivetrain shift in a way that might be making my DP make contact with this heat shield? or something else maybe? Any techie tips to try and scoot it over? I've already tried those circular screw-in clamps but to no avail.

    Thank you in advance

Edit: also when installing, i noticed i have a small hole in the resonator from one of the spot welds. i havent checked this yet as a possilbe culprit, but im not sure whw one particual gearing would cause this to engage

if anything you could take some heat wrap and wrap it around the cat. its safe to use and it will provide some padding and maybe put a stop to the vibration but that is just a band aid fix if you cant do anything else. idk thats all got...

The drivetrain absolutely moves when you go into reverse etc. Poly mounts usually limit the travel, and also most people will flip the front sway bar to widen the gap between the downpipe and the sway bar.
