I have hids and at night they come on just fine with out a problem. When i shift into park my hids come on no matter what time, one will come on and one wont. If i manually turn them on they work just fine. Does it have something to do with the flicker when i shift out of park. Please help, dont want to wreck the hids.

Who told you that? Because they're wrong.

Also disable your DRLs. They play havoc with hids, and will cause the exact problems you're describing.

you would only need the 9006 since you only have the lo beams HID's right?
    Relay harnesses are universal BTW.

With the ddm it says you do not need the relay harness for the 9006

thats what ddm "says"...my lows flickered with 35w bulbs...relay harness and disable your drls and you shouldnt have any problems with the lights not coming on.
DRL's are honestly the biggest problem here. Theyre not providing you ballasts with enough power to fire the bulbs since the DRL's run at a reduced power to save halogen bulb life. It doesn't work for HID's, it does the opposite

oh that thing doesnt matter..it's more or less an "extender" for mounting your ballasts in different spots

You need a capacitor across the headlight output to use the relay harness. Newer cars use a "pulsing" signal to check to bulb out condition. Place between a 470uF to 4700uF cap across the two wires from the stock headlight before the relay harness and this will fix the issue. Check polarity on the wires first or it will pop the cap.
