Well what I did was mount the screen first. I used four banding straps to secure it into the dash. Then I cut out the middle divider and chopped up towards the vents. I then used 1/4 wood to remake the sides to come out to the screen. Then bondo and a lot of sanding. Originally I was going to have the sides come out flat but decided to put some curve into it. SEM makes a texture spray that I used. It really isn't the same texture but you can't tell unless you are up close and trying to pick it apart. The main idea with the texture is that it can't be smooth or you will notice where I did the work. I then just matched the paint up to the closest SEM product and repainted the whole bezel. Here are a few more pics that I have.

Oh..and thunder I looked over your install when I was researching what people had done. How did you fill in the gap between the radio and dash? Is it a chopped up single din mount?
Yep I cut the sides off of a single din dash kit and used all the mounting hardware and drilled new holes for the mounting screws in the dash were I had to. I am going to get some black foam to fill the gaps where it fits flush eventually.
