They do still make bat caps, and are nice to use. I am on a bunch of audio forums and know people who still use them. They discharge too quickly, and store too little power. 1 farad is equal to roughly 1 second of power, nice little demo huh? So that, a nice batt up front, maybe a red top, and then a yellow top in the back should hold you over for a while. 1)I guess that means Steve Meade, Dave "Danger Boy" Johnson, Gary Biggs, Micheal Hughes and quite a few other of my friends that I have met over the ears of competing and installing are not serious about audio. Also I guess that by default makes me not so serious about audio.

2)Putting 2 different designed batteries in without a isolator is horrible advice, in fact putting 2 different sizes and type batts together in any case is not very good advice at all.

I am not going to comment on which is better a 2nd batt or cap, because I think they should be used in conjuction. As do all the other competitors I mentioned above believe.

what is your opinion on my point of them being similar (only the cap is faster) I am just wondering?
