Mods don't just remove a set amount of KR. But they increase flow which decreases the tendency for knock. Get your stock pulley on the car right meow, or remove the blower belt if you have trouble keeping your foot out of it. You need a bigger pulley and a better tune ASAP.

I'm not in the gas that much lol I don't drive like a teenager besides it's at wot held to the floor which is rare for me

If you have that much KR at WOT you're likely getting some under part throttle in boost situations as well. Knock and boost = BAD. Don't stray into boost.
