Like i said before my problem had been occurring since before the new charger. I do not believe i removed too much. My buddy with an 02 gtp removed more than i did and saw an execptional increase with no problems.

if you did a lim job you should just replace all the rubber ends on the hard vac lines, and the T's. or just put new vac lines on. its like a 1 dollar a foot.

they break with out being touched. good chance one or more have a hair line crack. same with the fat vac line off the TB to the evap. it likes to crack in the bend it makes.

you took off way too much material when you opened up the blower. taking off too much material will decrease boost quite a bit. most people try to imitate the blower outlet of the newer style gen v supercharger case. you might have taken off too much material on the dual oval area as well and you will lose boost because the blower rotors wont have a tight fit.

put the 3.8 aka stock pulley back on, see if its got even less boost. if it does you know that blower case is the issue.

I going to port my supercharger as well! Now, I'm having second thoughts, After seeing this thread.

This port job here, looks like None of the ones I've seen elsewhere. So, that might be your problem, but I'm no expert.

Do what Scotty said, he gives good advice.

I would say check your map sensor. If this issue started before the blower change then the blower is completely irrelevant.
