when my 03 gmc truck said reduced engine power, all it would do is idle, so you could drive it to the side of the road. only way to get it going again was to un hook the battery for like 15 minutes, then it would drive again for a while. then repeat. fun when your 100 miles from home.

turned out to be bad maf, no cel ever came on either.
