Swap the rear exhaust manifold
You can use the evap from the new motor as long as you don't have a 97
Swap your MAP sensor onto the new motor (or change your plug to the L32/L36 one)
Flexplate should be dual drilled, so no worries there
TB, you'll need an adapter to go from Gen V to L67 or whatever other one you choose
PCV will need to be run from the nipple on the back of the Gen V to the correct spot on the TB. Outlined in this thread
