i dont think the cam being off a would cause over fuel at start up. the fueling starts when you turn the key, it primes the cylinders first. then you crank it then the injectors start to work.
so maybe its getting over primed for some reason.

I don't thing that's the problem. That shouldn't cause any fuel issue.
I know guys it doesn't make sense... any take on what to stop the over fueling? Any ideas?

Do you have a mass airflow sensor you could swap in just for shiz and giggles?
When my MAF started acting up it was throwing so much fuel my exhaust would glow red all the way to the mufflers!
Just a thought.

Its Def something with the fuel relay resistor or fuel pressure relay im sure of it which are easy tasks

Did you read the description of the P0118?
Symptoms of a P0118 could include:
Very poor fuel economy
A no start condition
Vehicle may start, but run very poorly, blowing black smoke, running very rough and misfiring
Illumination of MIL
You have 2 codes for the engine temp sensor and 2 for the TPS btw.
P1115
Possible causes
- Faulty Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor
- Low engine coolant level
- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor harness is open or shorted
- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor electrical circuit poor connection
- Faulty engine coolant thermostat
I would replace the tps and the engine temp sensor, I don't think it has anything to do with the fuel resistor or relay. Also check the wiring to the engine temp sensor, it comes very close the crossover and it might have gotten melted on it, I have mine wrapped with wire wrap.

Did you fix the TPS?
Exactly what I been saying lol. Had to come back from the dead to reasure IT IS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY ENGINE. That shop is trying to get some quick bucks. We all saw the thread I made on here when I put that engine together. No way in hell the cam amd sprocket dots are misaligned....i ran 12s with that motor. Everything from the lim and up are swapped over from the stock motor lol. But we will replace that tps and try and fix the LITTLE KNOWN ISSUES with that car this saturday and ACTUALLY test drive the car. Jay make sure you get that rack and pinion fixed.
