it sounds like a supercharger belt rubbing or something, not quite sure how to describe it
i checked the belts and i see now that the belt is bad, it has bad wear
could a bad belt be making a noise? and also the noise isnt constant, its pulsing
sorry if i dont describe it right, again im new to the forums
    and thanks for reading

Owen...Describing has nothing to do with being new. Do your best to be as descriptive as possible. If you don't understand what we are saying when we mention you gave us little to use. Take a look at your first post. When I read it (and I have ESP usually) what I see is you saying. "I hear a noise, my SC oil was changed, could it be the SC?".

My thoughts on that are, sure it can be. However knowing more, like your second post. "Sounds like a belt rubbing, there is a lot of belt wear". That gives us much more info to go on. You noted the wear and sound of a belt wearing. My questions to further the info are:
    How is the belt wearing?
    Only on one edge?
    The wriiting has worn off?
    The ribs are cracked?

Have you heard of the screwdriver etc trick to listen to things, or do you have a mechanics stethescope (cheap tool, super useful). Those would allow you to listen to various things and have a good idea of what may be bad.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

is it a rubbing or a winding if you think the belt is rubbing just look around and see if you can tell where and pull it away. Kind of sound unlikely but who knows. its kind of hard to tell without a video or more description like they said but if its internal a screwdriver is your best friend just put it to the s/c nose and put your ear to it to see if you can hear a similar sound inside or search around other parts the same way

dam bill beat me to it :P
but ya honestly if the belt is rubbing there must be something off to make it be rubbing and as far as wearing down if its just cracking here and there in the ribs its not the biggest deal, this happens and certainly wouldn't cause it to make noise, is the belt loose? if it is get a new belt lol

    Perfect... thanks for that info.

Likely your belt is not sitting on the crank properly. Meaning it's one groove off. This can happen fairly easily on the SC'd cars as it's tough to see/feel if it's in the right place. I'd feel for the grooves/use an inspection mirror to double check it. Maybe untension it a bit and check that way as well.

Which side of the belt is worn, side that faces the passenger strut/battery or the side that faces the motor?

Also was the belt recently replaced cus if its hasnt and is just rubbing maby the belt is wearing out and stretching so it skipped over itself or something else could be wrong

Ide just say screw it go buy a new belt, should be no more than 15-20 at your parts store and replace it make sure its in the grooves correctly and routed properly (there is a belt diagram on the front of the engine bay)

And the belt routing is also in the Common Parts thread by me. Easily searched and found. However there's no way to put that belt on incorrectly beyond missing a groove. There's no alternate path where the belt is the right length.

This is the belt diagram. As Bill said, check where the arrow is. That's where mine was off. But mine caused a squeal. I would remove your belts and check for a bad idler or tentioner pulley.

03 GTP...Its got pulleys and stuff.
