so a maf, the crank and the EVAP.

the maf re check the wires to the plug, bend it back at the plug, to see if the wires are showing at all where they should be sealed off.
if you have cracks the wires gets whats known as dry wire, the wire becomes dark brown, not shinny copper any more, and no longer passes current correctly, and throws the code for the maf.
the EVAP, i dont have any experience fixing. but it could be as simple as a gas cap from what i've read here.
