Ok, I've got several little problems that I need to fix but idk whats causing them.

The problems that I've got; "low input to knock sensor 2" & "running lean banks 1 & 2" when scanning the car. I've also got an idle/driveability problem. Sometimes the car idles at up to 2500RPM's other times while driving the the RPM's are way above what they should be. 2500-3000 while cruising at 60MPH etc, & when I let off the gas the car keeps its speed or it accelerates on its own .

I'm guessing the car's running lean because of the ZZPoof PCM or clogged fuel injectors? Everything else I have no clue whats wrong. I needs help please

Sounds like a major vacuum leak, Check everything after the TB ( I had my TB come loose once and car ran fine but threw a lean code, the tb was loose enough I could actually shake it ) check all vacuum lines for cracks, stuff like that.

Now car makes noise that sounds like rocks tumbling or newspaper fluttering in wind. Car only makes the noise when its moving. Not sure if its the supercharger or not cuz I still get good boost.

That sounds alot like your S/C Coupler. Mine went bad awhile back, and it sounds just like you said "rocks tumbling around". I didnt lose any boost when mine was on the way out either, and its not hard to fix at all, just messy. You have to pull the S/C snout and replace the coupler, easy as hell.
