i got a guy in newyork thats making intercooler cores you can check out his work at IRC Fabrication his cores use a bar n plate design not a heter core tube n fin they are more efficiant i will post picts later. his name is marty he is willing to do a group buy to cut the cost down. i had a intense core that broke and he replaced the heat exchanger with his design and it worked better. iam getting a genv put on my car now i will let all know how this works he dwsigned the core and heat exchanger.
