I've taken a step closer towards my goal to hit 11's in the Spring time.
The Gen V snout still needs to be machined to fit this on here, but it looks so awesome in my hand anyway.
I'll be picking up a WBS anti belt slip tensioner in order to run this pulley on the 6 rib.
I'll be throwing in a new oxygen sensor shortly, replacing my ~30k old one.
It is all tuning from there. This laptop needs a new battery and/or I need an inverter in the car, it lasted five minutes without external power before dying.
    More to come...

Snout machining took place Saturday night.
Belt is as tight as a virgin.
I made the bag containing the shavings into a hacky sack.

    Sweet setup, bruh.

Thing I would do instead of "boxing" the K&N filter...

Just get a huge 9" Spectre...and love it.

    I like.

And jesus small pulley. Would tuning a bigger pulley better make any difference, or are you just trying to get it faster quicker with pulley drops?

You may not be. Copper spray is a must if I recall correctly.

When the car trapped 12.9 @ 110MPH, I was running a 3.0" with 27* of timing and 11.4 AFR on E85, with room for more timing.
Seeing as I'm not gaining much more power anywhere over 23* of timing, more boost is a must.

here is a direct quote from Cometic.

i hope this is right. because this is what i went off when i torqued down my heads

"Cometic Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) head gaskets go on dry because they are coated with a sealant. Each MLS head gasket is coated with a .001" thick viton rubber that is bonded to the outer stainless steel layers. Adding an additional sealer can hinder the performance of an MLS head gasket.

Wheel studs coming soon, been on back order for too ****ing long...spending the nickel elsewhere.

Then this thing will see the track this season, on the slicks.
I've got my fingers crossed for the transaxle's health.

Also...last but not least...Passed emission test today.

Update. Junkyard transmission was installed in this car.
It has been back on the road for a month and got about 3k miles since the little rebuild/clean up.
My factory 80k slip box will be sent out alongside the turbo regal's 4T65 to TEP for a strengthened rebuild sometime in the Spring.
Dyno time in the Spring as well.

In other news, got an AEM dryflow w/ pre-filter wrap in the car. It is massive.
PCM had to be relocated wrapped over the upper radiator hose and fastened to the radiator fan housing.
Fuel system from the rail to the tank will be re-done in PTFE teflon braided stainless hose to make it 100% alcohol friendly.
You can smell E85 when it has been off for awhile, and vapor stench leaks through.

It can finally breathe now to its fullest extent.
