Well since I am a dumb ass and know nothing I will just talk to my self. The code has to do with the boost bypass valve (waste gate), There is either a short in the wiring or a problem with the solenoid its self. I would find a wiring diagram for my car. Then I would check the wires as it describes and if they check out I would replace the bbv with a good used one or a new one.
